Characters with illegal hps/mana have been fixed.

The Spellbook of Fistandantilus has been changed. Spells on
the scroll changed from triads to single bolts. Wear level
mods have been set to default.

Some changes to the Rescue skill:
-Players can now rescue pets/charmies.
-Pets/charmies/players can only rescue other pets/charmies/players.

Reward for finding the Well after it relocates is removed.
